Losing Mikael to Fentanyl Poisoning
Allyssia Paloma lost her brother, Mikael, to fentanyl poisoning in 2020; he was 22 years old. His friend gave him what they thought was a Percocet® – they didn’t know it was a fake laced with fentanyl. This is Allyssia’s story of finding Mikael unresponsive in his room.
